CANCELLATION POLICY
When you register for an ALBASOL TOURS you will be required to sign a Liability Agreement that states that unless ALBASOL TOURS cancels a tour, your full payment for the tour is non-refundable as of 30 days prior to departure.
If ALBASOL TOURS LTD. cancels a trip, all payments, except the $200 deposit, are refunded in full.
TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended in case of financial loss or a personal emergency.
Health insurance is required – be sure that you have coverage while you are out of the country. Please bring any medicines that you will require during your trip.
EARLY AIRFARE PURCHASE
In order to take advantage of the best (lowest) priced airfares, we strongly advise travellers to purchase their tickets early. We recommend air travel with Air Canada – Air Canada has a direct flight to Caracas from Toronto (with a very brief stopover in Port of Spain, Trinidad), and there are always good connections to other parts of Canada. Alternatively, you could use a US airline, but that would mean travel through the US and more complicated, multi-stop trip itineraries. Pick-up from the airport has been arranged for the arrival of the Air Canada flight. Those arriving on other flights (at different times) will be responsible for their own transportation to the hotel.
When purchasing your airlines tickets, make sure you understand the terms of your ticket (i.e. is it refundable, transferable). We recommend this, as it can protect you from losing hundreds of dollars in the case of a family emergency or tour cancellation.
